Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics policies aligned with emerging global regulations
- Lead ethical risk assessments for AI deployments across all product lines
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for transparent AI decision-making
- Drive AI governance framework evolution through continuous research and benchmarking
- Train cross-functional teams on ethical AI development practices
- Represent InnovateTech in industry consortiums on AI ethics standards
- Monitor real-world AI system impacts and recommend corrective actions
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or governance
- Expertise in global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing ethical frameworks in tech environments
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with AI system auditing and bias mitigation techniques
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
