Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI models
- Conduct algorithmic audits for bias mitigation and fairness validation across AI pipelines
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees to evaluate high-impact AI use cases
- Develop corporate policies aligning with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global standards
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI development practices and responsible deployment protocols
- Represent Nexus Dynamics at international ethics forums and contribute to industry whitepapers
- Monitor emerging AI risks and propose proactive mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Juris Doctor with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership at Fortune 500 tech firms
- Expertise in algorithmic bias detection, fairness metrics, and explainable AI techniques
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, Google ML Ethics Certificate)
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights, etc.)
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics journals
- Experience with quantum computing security protocols and post-quantum cryptography
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
