Responsibilities

- Conduct algorithmic audits for bias, fairness, and transparency across AI systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and stakeholder consultations
- Design red-teaming protocols for adversarial AI scenario testing
- Create ethics training programs for technical and non-technical teams
- Produce impact assessments for high-stakes AI deployments
- Collaborate with legal teams on compliance with evolving AI regulations
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or responsible tech roles
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics
- Proven experience designing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder engagement
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM's AI Ethics course)
