- Create transparency reports and ethical AI documentation
- Lead incident response for ethical breaches
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible AI governance
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools and fairness metrics
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
- Published work in AI ethics or technology ethics
- Strong analytical skills for complex ethical dilemmas
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, EDF)
