Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, policy development, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics for ML models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (US, EU, APAC)
- Strong technical writing skills for creating policy documentation and audit reports
