Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 8+ years in AI research with proven ethics specialization
- Published work on algorithmic bias or AI governance (peer-reviewed)
- Expertise in ML fairness frameworks (e.g., AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Experience with regulatory compliance (GDPR, EU AI Act)
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies
