Responsibilities
- Develop ethical frameworks for generative AI systems deployed in healthcare and autonomous sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams of ethicists, engineers, and domain experts
- Conduct groundbreaking research on algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Present findings at global AI governance summits and publish in Nature AI
- Partner with UN agencies on establishing international AI ethics standards
- Mentor junior researchers through our Ethics Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or Ethics with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Published work in top-tier journals on algorithmic fairness or explainable AI
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI Principles
- Proficiency in Python and causal inference modeling
- Experience testifying before congressional technology committees
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable policies
