Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in critical infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional research teams in bias auditing and fairness optimization
- Develop policy recommendations for regulatory bodies on AI governance standards
- Collaborate with UN and OECD task forces on global AI ethics initiatives
- Author white papers and peer-reviewed publications on AI accountability
- Establish industry-wide benchmarks for ethical AI deployment metrics
- Mentor PhD candidates in AI ethics through our academic partnership program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field with focus on AI ethics
- 5+ years leading AI ethics initiatives in Fortune 500 or research institutions
- Published research on algorithmic bias or explainable AI in top-tier journals
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Experience with adversarial testing of autonomous systems
- Strong background in moral philosophy and ethical decision-making models
- Fluency in Python, R, and ML fairness libraries (AIF360, Fairlearn)
