Responsibilities

- Author white papers and peer-reviewed research on AI accountability and bias mitigation
- Design real-time monitoring systems for ethical AI compliance in production environments
- Coordinate with policymakers to shape 2026+ AI regulatory landscape
- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
- Present findings at global forums like World Economic Forum and AI Ethics Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, ACM) on AI governance
- Expertise in implementing EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and other emerging frameworks
- Proficiency in Python and data visualization tools for ethics auditing
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex ethical dilemmas
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's ethical implications
- Track record of influencing industry standards through thought leadership
