Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems

- Author white papers and contribute to global AI ethics standards bodies
- Present findings at premier conferences like NeurIPS and AI Ethics Symposium
- Mentor junior researchers through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Philosophy with AI focus
- 5+ years researching algorithmic bias or AI ethics frameworks
- Published work in Nature, Science, or top-tier AI ethics journals
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and causal inference modeling
- Experience with regulatory bodies (NIST, IEEE, EU AI Act)
- Strong background in philosophy of technology or moral epistemology
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex ethics into engineering requirements
