Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Conduct interdisciplinary research on AI bias mitigation and transparency
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI pipelines
- Author policy recommendations for regulatory bodies and industry standards
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI adoption strategies
- Monitor emerging AI risks and propose proactive mitigation solutions
- Represent the company at global ethics and technology forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years researching AI ethics, bias mitigation, or responsible AI frameworks
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools for AI auditing
- Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders (technical, legal, policy)
- Deep understanding of existential AI risks and alignment challenges
