Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product teams on ethical AI integration strategies

- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineers and ethicists
- Conduct real-time impact assessments for AI deployments
- Shape company-wide AI ethics policy and training programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or Ethics with 5+ years of AI governance experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias or moral machine learning
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Deep understanding of existential risk mitigation strategies
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical teams
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies
