Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, bias mitigation, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong Python/R skills for algorithmic bias detection tools
- Published research in AI ethics or algorithmic fairness
- Experience with cross-functional ethical impact assessments
