As a key member of our Ethics & Governance division, you'll pioneer industry best practices in algorithmic fairness, bias mitigation, and AI transparency. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and policymakers to create ethical blueprints for next-generation AI applications. Champion responsible AI adoption across healthcare, finance, and autonomous systems, ensuring technology serves humanity's best interests.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with global regulations (GDPR, AI Act)
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and fairness assessments for ML models
- Lead stakeholder workshops to establish ethical AI governance policies
- Monitor AI system deployments for compliance with ethical guidelines
- Research emerging AI ethics trends and contribute to industry standards
- Train technical teams on responsible AI development practices
- Document ethical risk assessments and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or governance
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for ML algorithms
- Strong understanding of AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
- Published research in AI ethics or related journals preferred
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing tools
