As a key member of our Ethics & Governance division, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed ethical principles throughout the AI lifecycle. You'll shape policies, conduct impact assessments, and pioneer best practices that set industry standards for responsible AI deployment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for machine learning models
- Develop corporate policies for responsible AI deployment and governance
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI ethics with executives, engineers, and external partners
- Monitor global AI regulatory developments and advise on compliance strategies
- Author thought leadership papers on ethical AI implementation
- Mentor junior staff on ethical AI methodologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible tech, or governance roles
- Expertise in AI bias mitigation and fairness assessment techniques
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder communication
- Proficiency in Python for ethical AI auditing tools
- Published research or certifications in AI ethics preferred
