Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with global regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI ethics experience
- Deep expertise in bias detection/mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML models
- Proven track record shaping organizational AI ethics policies and governance structures
- Familiarity with regulatory landscapes including GDPR, CCPA, and emerging AI legislation
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable guidelines
- Experience with stakeholder communication across technical, legal, and non-technical audiences
- Published research or industry contributions to AI ethics discourse preferred
