Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible tech development
- Proven expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML systems
- Familiarity with global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex ethical concepts
- Experience with stakeholder communication in technical and non-technical contexts
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Publication record in AI ethics or related academic field preferred
