Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with 5+ years experience)

- Experience implementing ethics-by-design in production AI systems
- Deep knowledge of bias mitigation techniques in machine learning
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
