Responsibilities

- Research emerging ethical challenges in neuromorphic computing and synthetic media
- Train technical teams on responsible AI implementation best practices
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of applied AI ethics experience
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Published research on algorithmic bias or explainable AI
- Experience with large-scale model deployment in regulated environments
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of quantum AI and biometric systems
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Exceptional communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration
