Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics policies and governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement ethical-by-design principles
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and quantum computing
- Author thought leadership publications on AI governance best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy development, or responsible tech roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI governance frameworks
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Strong background in cross-functional collaboration with technical teams
- Published work on AI ethics or technology policy preferred
- Proficiency in Python for algorithmic auditing
