- Create ethics training programs for 500+ AI practitioners across 12 global offices
- Advocate for ethical AI standards at international tech policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with 8+ years experience)
- 5+ years implementing AI ethics frameworks in enterprise environments
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or responsible AI deployment
- Expertise in GDPR, AI Act, and emerging 2026 regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in Python for bias detection tool development
- Certification in AI Governance (e.g., CAG, CAIGI)
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on AI policy
- Fluency in cross-cultural ethical frameworks
