Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative models
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI deployments
- Develop real-time ethics monitoring dashboards for enterprise AI applications
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI transparency and explainability protocols
- Advise C-suite on emerging regulatory trends in AI governance
- Author whitepapers on responsible AI adoption for industry conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years' AI ethics experience
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Published research on algorithmic accountability or explainable AI
- Experience leading ethics committees for Fortune 500 tech companies
- Strong background in policy advocacy and cross-cultural AI governance
