Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical design principles into product lifecycles
- Represent the company in global AI ethics forums and standardization bodies
- Create educational programs on responsible AI for employees and external partners
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging ethical challenges in generative AI
- Advocate for inclusive AI development practices across all departments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, AI, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance roles
- Expertise in global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing organizational AI ethics policies
- Strong technical literacy in machine learning and generative AI systems
- Exceptional communication skills for complex ethical discussions
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across diverse cultural backgrounds
- Publications or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
