Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or tech policy
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their societal implications
- Experience developing corporate ethics frameworks or governance policies
- Expertise in global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to influence organizational decision-making on ethical matters
