As a key member of our Future Technologies Division, you'll collaborate with engineers, policymakers, and industry leaders to preempt ethical challenges before they emerge. You'll pioneer methodologies for bias mitigation, algorithmic transparency, and human-centered AI design while representing our commitment to responsible innovation at global forums.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 technological projections
- Lead cross-functional working groups to audit AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Create governance protocols for emerging AI applications in healthcare, finance, and autonomous systems
- Proactively identify and mitigate societal risks associated with next-generation AI deployments
- Represent the company at international ethics summits and industry coalitions
- Design educational programs for stakeholders on responsible AI adoption
- Author thought leadership papers on the future of AI ethics and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Technology Policy, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years experience developing AI governance frameworks or ethics policies
- Deep expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology (top-tier conferences/journals)
- Proficiency with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on AI risk management
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical-ethical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating real-world AI ethics implementation projects
