Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 technology stack
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Develop preemptive ethical protocols for emerging quantum-AI hybrids
- Collaborate with policymakers on responsible AI legislation and standards
- Create AI ethics training programs for engineering teams globally
- Conduct forward-looking risk assessments for autonomous systems
- Represent company at international AI ethics summits and forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy development, or responsible tech governance
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and generative AI limitations
- Proven track record of influencing tech policy or corporate ethics programs
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Experience with cross-cultural ethical impact assessments
- Published work on AI ethics or technology philosophy
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
