Responsibilities
- Develop ethical governance protocols for generative AI and autonomous decision systems
- Conduct bias audits across machine learning pipelines using fairness metrics
- Interface with cross-functional teams to embed ethical principles into product lifecycles
- Produce compliance frameworks aligning with EU AI Act and evolving US regulations
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption with Fortune 500 partners
- Research emergent ethical challenges in quantum-AI convergence systems
- Author industry white papers on algorithmic transparency and accountability
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years applied AI ethics experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large language models and computer vision systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Published research in top-tier venues on algorithmic fairness or explainable AI
- Experience facilitating multi-stakeholder ethics committees with technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Python for fairness auditing tools (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Portfolio demonstrating real-world implementation of ethical AI solutions
