As a key architect in our Future Ethics Lab, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, neuroscientists, and policy experts to preempt ethical challenges in autonomous systems, biotech integration, and neural interfaces. Your work will directly influence how 5 billion+ humans interact with emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in high-stakes environments (healthcare, autonomous vehicles, critical infrastructure)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify ethical blind spots in next-gen tech roadmaps
- Develop predictive risk models for emerging AI capabilities (2026-2030 horizon)
- Partner with policymakers to shape industry-wide ethical standards
- Author thought leadership papers on AI-human symbiosis for global forums
- Mentor ethics fellows in emerging disciplines (quantum ethics, neuro-ethics)
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years applied AI ethics experience
- Deep expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Proven track record of implementing ethical safeguards in production AI systems
- Familiarity with quantum computing and neurotechnology ethical implications
- Exceptional ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics journals (e.g., ACM FAccT, Nature Machine Intelligence)
- Experience working with multinational ethics committees and regulatory bodies
