Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving global regulations
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for autonomous systems
- Develop explainable AI (XAI) methodologies for high-stakes decision-making
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption strategies
- Create impact assessment protocols for AI deployment in regulated industries
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and quantum computing
- Contribute to industry-wide AI ethics standards development
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or technology ethics roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Strong background in machine learning model validation techniques
- Published research in AI ethics or technology policy journals
- Experience with cross-functional AI development teams
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
- Understanding of quantum computing implications for AI ethics
