Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder workshops across departments to align on ethical AI priorities
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and proactively adapt compliance strategies
- Author thought leadership content on responsible AI adoption
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and track implementation progress
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or tech governance roles
- Expertise in global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven experience with bias mitigation techniques in ML pipelines
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Published research or industry recognition in AI ethics
- Strong understanding of generative AI risks and deployment challenges
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) preferred
