- Advocate for responsible AI practices through executive briefings and stakeholder communications
- Research emerging ethical challenges in AI and propose proactive mitigation strategies
- Establish KPIs to measure ethical compliance and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy development, or responsible governance roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Experience developing organizational AI ethics policies and compliance frameworks
- Strong background in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable guidelines
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
