Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Design human-centered AI protocols for healthcare, finance, and public sector applications
- Lead stakeholder workshops to establish ethical guidelines for emerging technologies
- Author regulatory whitepapers influencing national AI policy discussions
- Oversee ethics compliance in product development lifecycle
- Represent company at international AI ethics summits and conferences
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or technology ethics
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or explainable AI
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks for ethics auditing
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
