Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder dialogues on AI ethics with industry regulators and communities
- Proactively identify emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Establish measurable KPIs for ethical AI deployment and compliance
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Strong background in bias mitigation algorithm design
- Experience facilitating multi-stakeholder ethics initiatives
- Certification in AI governance or ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
