- Proactively identify emerging ethical challenges in quantum computing integration

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Philosophy, Ethics, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or ethics compliance
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and evolving US regulatory landscapes
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable policies
- Experience with NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies
- Published work on AI ethics or technology ethics
- Proficiency in ethical impact assessment tools
