Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical guidelines for autonomous decision-making systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for AI deployment models
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI workflows
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI implementation
- Proactively identify emerging ethical challenges in AI development
- Represent Nexus Futures in industry forums on AI governance
- Establish metrics for measuring AI system fairness and transparency
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or responsible tech development
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Strong background in policy analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Published work on AI ethics or technology philosophy preferred
- Experience with agile development methodologies
