Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in 2026+
- Lead cross-functional working groups on bias mitigation and algorithmic transparency
- Develop predictive models for emerging AI risks and societal impacts
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption with Fortune 500 clients and regulatory bodies
- Research and publish white papers on quantum ethics and neuromorphic computing
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and compliance
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with 8+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with generative AI, autonomous systems, or biometric technologies
- Published research in top-tier ethics or AI journals
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology trends (quantum computing, AGI precursors)
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., Google, Microsoft)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
