Our team is developing next-generation neural interfaces, autonomous ethical frameworks, and predictive climate models. You'll lead initiatives that transform healthcare, energy, and transportation sectors while ensuring AI advancements remain human-centric and accessible.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI roadmaps for 2026+ technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Research and prototype quantum-AI hybrid systems for real-world applications
- Collaborate with policymakers on AI safety regulations and standards
- Present findings at global tech forums including Davos and TED Talks
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging AI disciplines
- Develop patentable technologies in neuromorphic computing and synthetic consciousness
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough contributions)
- 5+ years experience developing production-level AI systems
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of AGI safety protocols and alignment techniques
- Track record of securing $1M+ in research grants
- Fluency in at least two programming languages beyond Python
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing architectures
