Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmaps for AI ethics, governance, and policy frameworks influencing 2026+ regulatory landscapes
- Architect cross-disciplinary innovation labs integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neural interfaces
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies for next-gen AI safety standards
- Develop patentable intellectual property in explainable AI and human-AI symbiosis
- Chair the Future Technology Council, advising C-suite on emerging tech disruptions
- Mentor a diverse team of researchers and engineers in rapid prototyping cycles
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI/ML, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years applied research
- Published work on AGI safety, quantum machine learning, or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech convergence points (e.g., blockchain + AI + IoT)
- Experience securing $10M+ in government or venture funding for R&D initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
