Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI integration across healthcare, logistics, and climate tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-optimized neural networks
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and national research labs
- Present futurist insights to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Drive responsible AI adoption through policy advocacy and industry standards
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging AI paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 8 years in AI research with published work in top-tier conferences
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuro-symbolic AI
- Proven track record in ethical AI governance frameworks
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
- Deep understanding of 2026 technological inflection points
