Responsibilities
- Architect AI roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon, integrating quantum/neural hybrid systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to develop ethical AI frameworks for global deployment
- Identify emerging tech disruptions through predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants for frontier research initiatives
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Author white papers on AI's societal impact and governance models
- Mentor next-gen futurists in our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Proven track record securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Expertise in federated learning and explainable AI architectures
- Deep understanding of blockchain-secured AI systems
- Experience with UN-level AI policy development
- Portfolio of deployed AI systems impacting 1M+ users
