Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuro-symbolic AI
- Proven track record in scaling AI systems to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in predictive modeling for long-term technological forecasting
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in quantum algorithm development
