- Drive R&D initiatives in generative AI bias mitigation and transparency
- Represent company at Davos, UN Tech Summits, and global AI policy forums
- Mentor next-gen AI ethicists through QuantumLeap's Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or Futurism with 10+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum machine learning
- Proven track record in scaling AI initiatives with $100M+ budgets
- Expertise in neural interface development and human-AI symbiosis
- Deep knowledge of global AI governance frameworks (OECD, EU AI Act)
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools and quantum programming languages
- Exceptional public speaking skills with TED-level stage presence
