Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI technology strategy roadmap, aligning with quantum computing advancements
- Lead research on neural interface applications for human-AI symbiosis
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to develop brain-computer interface prototypes
- Present findings to C-suite and external stakeholders including DARPA and IEEE
- Manage speculative R&D projects with $2M+ budgets
- Author white papers on the societal impact of 2026-era AI
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 5+ years AI research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or neural interfaces
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in quantum computing languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with neurofeedback systems (EEG/MEG integration)
- Track record of commercializing speculative technologies
- Security clearance preferred for government collaboration projects
