Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI-quantum hybrid systems
- Lead research initiatives in neuromorphic computing and generative AI ethics
- Collaborate with policy teams to establish autonomous system governance frameworks
- Develop predictive models for human-AI symbiosis in industrial applications
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging AI paradigms
- Secure partnerships with leading academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Cognitive Systems with 5+ years
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum computing post-2020
- Expertise in transformer architectures and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Track record of securing $1M+ in research grants or innovation funding
- Experience with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance for AI systems
