Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for autonomous systems and ethical AI frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen neural interfaces
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions for quantum-AI research
- Design scalable architectures for trillion-parameter language models
- Conduct horizon-scanning for emerging technologies with societal impact
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and government innovation councils
- Mentor junior researchers in transdisciplinary methodology
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Computer Science, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in research leadership with 3+ publications in Nature/Science
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of patenting breakthrough technologies
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with horizon scanning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology vision implementations
