Responsibilities
- Design AI roadmaps for 2026+ applications in healthcare, climate modeling, and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing predictive models for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Author strategic white papers and present at global innovation summits
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize next-gen AI solutions
- Maintain partnerships with DARPA and EU Horizon Europe initiatives
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical AI development frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Computer Science, or Futurism with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature or Science journals on machine learning applications
- Expertise in transformer architectures, generative adversarial networks, and reinforcement learning
- Portfolio demonstrating AI system deployment at scale (10M+ users)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and neuromorphic engineering
- Certification in AI ethics from IEEE or ACM
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Experience securing $5M+ in government innovation grants
