Responsibilities
- Design cross-industry AI ethics frameworks compliant with emerging global regulations
- Lead audits of autonomous systems for bias mitigation and transparency
- Collaborate with quantum engineering teams to embed ethical guardrails in AI models
- Develop crisis protocols for AI safety incidents involving advanced neural networks
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption at governmental and industry forums
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams on ethical AI deployment strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or Computational Social Science (or equivalent experience)
- Proven expertise in auditing neural networks for ethical alignment
- Published research on quantum-AI intersectionality or similar frontier topics
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Proficiency in Python for ethical algorithm simulation and testing
- Track record advising Fortune 500 companies on AI governance
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and upcoming US federal AI regulations
