Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end AI solutions spanning predictive analytics, autonomous systems, and human-AI collaboration interfaces
- Lead development of quantum-resistant algorithms and federated learning frameworks for enterprise clients
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring compliance with 2026 global tech regulations
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in AI/ML best practices and emerging tech integration
- Partner with product teams to commercialize AI innovations through strategic patents and IP development
- Present breakthrough research at industry conferences and publish in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science/AI/ML with 5+ years of hands-on neural network architecture experience
- Proven track record deploying production-grade AI systems at scale (1M+ user deployments)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum machine learning
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
