Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models for natural language processing and computer vision applications
- Lead the development of scalable AI infrastructure using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical ML solutions
- Conduct rigorous model testing, validation, and optimization for production deployment
- Research and implement state-of-the-art deep learning techniques and frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our open-source AI initiatives
- Ensure ethical AI development practices and compliance with emerging regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in production-level ML development with Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Proven expertise in building and deploying NLP or computer vision systems at scale
- Strong foundation in distributed computing and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows
- Published research or significant contributions to open-source AI projects
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for ethical AI and staying current with emerging AI regulations and frameworks
