Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for machine learning optimization
- Develop novel neural architectures for next-gen autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype 2026-era computational solutions
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants from federal and private entities
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Patent core technologies with commercialization pathways
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum computing or advanced ML research
- Published work in Nature/Science or top-tier ML conferences
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and decoherence mitigation
- Experience securing government research grants (NSF, DARPA, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scalable AI/quantum deployments
